5.4 Email - How do I export/import my address book/contact list?

1. Login to your webmail account at http://mail.simplybits.net 
2. Click on the Contacts icon;
3. Click the Export button;
4. Choose Save File;
5. Change the file name to webmail.txt and save it to a location on your hard drive;

1. Login to the new webmail server at https://webmail.simplybits.net
2. Enter your username and password;
3. Click the Addresses link at the top of the page;
4. Click the Import icon on the left column;
5. Locate the file you saved in step #5 above using the browse button;
6. Click the Import button again;
7. Since the old mail server and the new mail server are different you will be prompted to match up the fields. The left side of the screen shows the field names from the old server, the right side provides a drop down menu of choices to match against. Select the best match, i..e. First name = First name, Middle name = Middle name, etc.
8. Click the Import Entries button after you have matched all the fields;
9. Most if not all of your address book entires should have been imported. It is possible that one or two may not have carried over, or that a field or two does not match. In these instances you may need to go back and edit those items using the icon to the far left of the entry (not the one with the big X, the other one). 
10. To add a missing contact click the New Contact icon in the left column.
