5.13 Email - I/O error when sending email with an attachment to someone at MSN or Hotmail


Problem: Email with an attachment sent to someone at MSN or Hotmail is returned with an error message that says "Message delayed I/O error encountered during command: (message data)"

Cause: The person to whom you are sending has exceeded the capacity of their mailbox.

Solution: Contact the person through other means and alert them to the fact that their MSN/Hotmail mail box is full.
