2.2 Broadband Fax - unable to send a fax


Problem: You try to send a fax, but after pressing the send button for the second time the machine does not pull in the document and the screen reverts back to a ready state.

Cause: Something in the machines electronics have stopped working or have become confused; or the machine has lost communication to the network.

Solution: Verify the network cable is securely plugged in at both ends/ Reseat it if necessary. Reboot the broadband fax machine.
