1.3 Billing - How do I view my bill using webmail on a Macintosh?


Problem: Simply Bits sends your monthly invoice in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Some versions of the Apple operating system are unable to display the invoice when viewed from a web page.

Cause: A "helper app" which tells the browser how to start Adobe Acrobat is required in order to view invoices from a web page. Your version of the Apple operating system lacks a "helper app".

Solution: A "helper app" must be installed or configured, however instructions for how to do this are beyond the scope of this article. Please contact your local Apple computer support professsional, or Apple support for further assistance.
