1.1 Billing - How do I suspend my account?
If your residence is not your fulltime residence, you have the option
to place your account into suspension. If you would like to suspend
your account while out of town:
- Your account must be in good standing;
- The account must have, or will have, a total of 12 months full price service within a two year period;
- When the account is suspended, service is shut off;
- Charges are NOT pro-rated for the unused period of the month service was suspended;
- When you are ready to reactivate your service, please contact our
accounting dept at 545-0400 and service will be reactivated within 24
hours.
